At My Guitar Diaries we're proficient at teaching all levels of guitarist - electric or acoustic - from absolute beginners to experienced axe slingers, with styles ranging from blues, rock and pop to folk, country, metal and jazz. Our students also gain membership to our student area with access to dozens of song sheets, tabs and PDFs, as well as guided learning paths to help you on your guitar journey.

All relevant musical theory, chords and scales can be taught. But if you just want to have fun and learn a few specific songs - without getting bogged down in the technical side of things - that's also fine. Alternatively, if you want to take a more formal approach and work towards achieving your guitar grades we can help with that too.

 

Lessons can either take place at the tutor's house, or for a slightly higher rate we can travel to you. Locations currently taught in include: New Malden, Kingston, Norbiton, Surbiton, Raynes Park, Worcester Park and Wimbledon.

• Introductory lesson - £15 for 45 minutes

• Tutor house/studio - £36 an hour/£30 for 45 minutes

• Your house or elsewhere - £42 an hour/£34 for 45 minutes

• Zoom/Skype - £28 an hour

• Group lessons - 70% of above per person​
